Does Uncle Tommy's
ever serve at events for groups
under 150 ppl?

Yes, on many an
occasion...The service and product is
the same high quality for which Uncle Tommy's is known...we simply
recalculate the rates prior to sending over a quote. Rates in the
website are based on orders of +150; an order under 150 will be priced
slightly higher

If we book a drop & go event & then find that our
co-workers aren't available to scoop or otherwise serve, can we
renegotiate so one of Uncle Tommy's 'precise yet unpretentious' staff
joins us?

No. Only a deposit
(30-100%) secures an event date on

order for another company?

Sure,
we get a lot of orders where one company is
thanking another for their business, etc. The same deposit or payment
terms apply.

Who are Uncle
Tommy's 'precise yet unpretentious'
staff persons?
- A.
We have carved a
very enviable nitche in the catering
business due to the quality of our servers. Uncle Tommy's is blessed to
have several long term hospitality pro's working with us...several of
which have come to us from referrals by others on our staff. We have
people who know how to hustle, have great interpersonal skills, have
the 'other person '(you) in mind before themselves. They each have a
great work ethic & always arrive with clean uniforms, on time,
ready to work. They freelance in related and non-related occupations as
well.

If it becomes
unavoidable and we have to reschedule or
cancel an event already secured by a deposit, what are our options?
- A.
Cancellations made with greater than 45 day notice will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between 44-30 days will receive 50% refund of total deposit. Cancellations occurring 29-15 days prior to the event receive 25% of the deposit;less than 14 days notice, no refund. Final guest count for event is due in our office no later than 7 days before event.
